EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at Rplcollection.co@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
